Alexander Kirkeby is a Danish artist based in Aarhus. For the exhibition, he created Morphed State Vessel #1, #2 and #3. His pieces are inspired by anxiety and how logic is anxiety’s weakest opponent, but still free-flowing lumps of fear can penetrate the logic sometimes.

Fear penetrates the thin walled rational and breaks down the borders of the self - making it unable to contain itself. It morphs the perception and just like cut crystal it manifests as a stable state of mind. Logic knows but the free-flowing lumps of fear have settled.
